Thanks for post this. I wish my tech savvy was better so I could be more creative with it. He's right in his challenges. The insurance companies now have the co-pays so high for lower income people that they can't afford them. So now they collect the premiums from the policy but don't have to deliver the money. Doctors help this cause buy not submiting claims but requiring their patients to pay up front, thousands of dollars, and submit their own claims to the insurance company in order to recieve 50% back. How many low income people do you know who can come up with $2,000; 3,000 and more up front to start the process rolling? Alice
