Too late for Barry Cullen. He was a mentally challenged and physically handicapped person confined to a nursing facility.
Well, you know, smoking will kill you, though Barry lived to be 74 in his perpetual cloud. He would have lived longer, too, if 'they' hadn't thrown him out of the smoking room. His offense? He smoked too much.
So, he went outside to smoke and he got locked out.
It's cold in Winnipeg Canada these days, so he did what any self-respecting, crippled, old smoker would do if locked out of his nursing home.
He froze to death.
So, let's make his tormentors, his care providers, his guardian angels, our Wackos of the Week; it's a small price for saving another soul.
