Oh, sure, I know, everyone thinks it must be real easy to pick the Wacko of the Week each time. But not so. Sometimes there are some really tough choices.
Now take for example the cops in Annapolis who forced their way into the wrong house and when opposed, kicked the male resident in the testicles, arrested him, then arrested his wife. Out on the street they realized they had made a mistake. Wrong building, wrong suspects, and now, naturally, the folks at the right place had disappeared. A police force that talented ought to have some award. But, I decided to pass on this one, because after all, there's no sense offending the minions of the law if I don't have to. They might visit me next.

Then there was, as Alice has commented about below, the Arkansas legislator, Sen. Charles Bishop, who hit another member on the head because he was called a son-of-a-bitch, thus proving that he is. These are the people, mind you, who make the laws -- like the assault and battery laws for example.
