You might wanna pull these pix of Lemon Joe. If Child Services sees these, they'll have LJ in a home by dark. In the high-chair picture, he isn't properly strapped in. He isn't wearing a helmet OR knee pads and there isn't an adult within arm-length.
In the tub pix, I don't see one government-approved flotation device ('squeeky toys' don't count anymore), no life-preserver, no hand-holds, no helmet...
I DO like the shirt that woman is wearing, though.
I can't believe that Lemon Joe is already ONE! What a cutie.
