Does anyone know if those students with the empty holsters could fill those holsters with a simple ownership permit ???
Is a gun in a holster considered a concealed weapon or does the gun actually have to be concealed, that is, out of sight to require a
CCW permit ?
Jeez, don't we have any gun guys that read this and can answer my questions ???
