a passing thought on the debate

Any good teacher can distinguish between the student who understands the lesson and the one who has simply memorized the answers.

from Alice: Didn't you hear? This country is going down for the count because there are no good teachers. When "they" succeed in privatizing the whole ed. system then we'll all be lying, cheating, rich, fat debating bastards.
