note

I know I have been less good about posting things this winter. I simply have fewer chances on the computer these days. Bear with me, if you will.

I appreciate your contributions as well.

I know we are suppose to try to be more civil with each other, but this is hard. When I consistently see the evil of the right. It is not there stance that I find evil, even though in most cases I disagree with it, it is their methodology of demonizing of their opponents (often with lies), and portraying of any one that disagrees with them as somehow not being a patriotic American. Thus justifying the throwing of bricks, the spitting, name calling and the rhetoric of violence against these unpatriotic/traitorous people trying to bring down their America. How do you work with this right wing element? What might even be worse is those of influence in the Republican Party that sits by and lets this happen, instead of standing up an renouncing the lies and demonetization. How do you work with someone who calls you a lair and questions your patriotism? How?

As yu now,Mike, I have come to agree with you on this. There has been a line crossed by these people and I think it started with Newt Gingrich and has just gotten worse.

I think Mitch McConnell is one of the very worst.
