If you are interested in good science fiction read the trilogy "A Time Odyssey" by Arthur C. Clark and Stephen Baxter. This was the last work of Clark collaborating with a phenomenal British author and mathetician, Baxter.
Presently reading an alternate historic epic by Baxter consisting of four books titled "Times Tapestry"

Recently read Grisham's "The Litigator" and just finished "What It's Like To Go To War" by Karl Marlantes.
