The controversy being created by the government of China over whether Liu Xiaobo should receive a Nobel Peace Prize, is interesting but not very urgent. There are other Peace Prize winners - and winners of other of the prizes, such as th Literature Prize - who have met with lots of disapproval. Barack Obama was one of those. So was Henry Kissinger in his day.
