Man arrested after birthday party shooting that killed 2

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Police have arrested a man accused of opening fire at a child's birthday party, killing a woman and her 5-year-old granddaughter.
Erick Daniel Davila was arrested Tuesday after a short chase. Police say he will be charged with capital murder, which carries a possible death sentence. Another woman and three other children - including the birthday girl who turned 9 on Monday - were wounded.

Perhaps he thought the the party was a gathering of tyrannical government leaders intent on confiscating his property or taxing without representation.
