If a high school kid is planning to set a bomb in his school, and his parents find out about it and turn him in, and if he is then charged with terrorism,( CLICK ) is it not proper under the Bush government rules, for the military to come in and waterboard the guy? You know, maybe he's Al Qaeda.
Why didn't he just go down to the local shops and buy a big gun like all the other angst-ridden teenagers?
