I had a different idea. The "experts" tell us all the time that whales are very intelligent mammals. This one obviously has been plotting murders. We should put him on trial.
Big decision: should he be tried in a criminal court as a plain old run-of-the-mill murderer, or in military court as a terrorist?
If we let him defend himself in a criminal court, he will turn it into a circus, and we don't want our whales in a circus. Oh, wait ------
It's like when the tiger ate the face of Roy (of Siegfried & Roy fame)... People said the tiger went crazy. Chris Rock said the tiger didn't go crazy, it went Tiger. Crazy was when it was riding around on a tricycle wearing a hat.
